Last year I had 4, my one friend got 3 and others in my group were 4-6 back. I know of two girls who went from 16 down to 2. I would say 4-6 is going to be the normal for most girls, a few might have full lists and a some will have 3 or less. Focus on what you get back, not what you didn't. It will hurt but don't make any snap decisions and go to your parties. You don't want to be one of those girls that days later regret a snap decision.
