Most of the strong recruiting chapters regardless of tier, will have to cut between 600-800 women tonight before the they submit their lists to Panhel. I would say that XO will be cutting closer to the 800 number. There are strong recruiting chapters in each tier. That just means that they do a good job of inviting back who they know will rank them in their top 16, 9 whatever. For example, AOII is a strong recruiting middle chapter, they have a type they go after and are successful. Theta is too. They look for GPA and involvement. XO and Pi Phi are stronger recruiting top chapters. It's all in the return rates, anyone on a chapter's recruiting team can give you this information.
