No they just showed up to FIJI as guests, the girls who couldn't go to the bars. They did not have official pairs. If ZTA had an official pair, their national would have closed them. DZ can't get caught anything either. I know tons of AXO, APhi and Pi Phi girls who were at FIJI, too. So were they all paired with them?
