I’d say they’re forgotten because they keep a lot to themselves—no drama like other “top” houses. Kappas have attractive girls from old-money families—lots of single and double legacies. They participate well on campus and have bright, career-minded girls. And their houses—it sits on one of IU’s premier properties—this chapter is well over 100 years old. People hate on them because they aren’t flashy or “out there” all the time. But Kappas know who they are.
