For any chapter that goes from being unhorsed to housed will help for sure. The fact that rush becomes easier, and you have a place where all the brothers live makes a big difference. But at the end of the day it’s the brothers, not the house that moves a chapter forward. I could be wrong, but I don’t think Alpha Sig was getting any pairs in the past. ASA, TPA and Dphie were pairing with Pike, Skulls, and Pilam. If they want to be on the “come up” they need to work hard to get pairs and improve their standards of membership.
