Chapters who are stronger at recruiting new members (a term when a chapter issues a certain number of invitations and a high percentage accept those invitations) get to invite fewer women back. Also, the number of women who returned to that chapter the previous year is also factored in. Also, remember that the number of women you see at a party may not be everyone who was invited or may be a larger party than a previous or later party. So no, there is no standard number. each chapter may have a different number.
