Yes, you are. Even though the chapters are above 80, after open invite it's very possible that the chapters are rushing more than 80 girls each round. Chapters who don't get to cut as many PNMs may be seeing just about the same amount of women total as open invite, and now with less rounds to do so. Not only that, but total chapter size doesn't reflect on total number of women present. Women may be missing because they're studying abroad or have a pre-approved excuse or got sick or because they were given a break round.
