Thanks SLL employee! If only the boys would straighten up and fly right, all would be right with the world.....this has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with anyone's behavior....it is a crackdown because 1. nationwide, Deans of Student's offices are cracking down on fraternities and this is the trend. SLL employees that want to keep moving in their careers need to keep up with the trends 2. The Provost, the Dean of Student and SLL all hate the fraternities. They do not want the chapters to succeed, they don't even want them to survive......it doesn't matter what anyone does, if no one gets in trouble during this probationary period, the rules with be stricter next year. The goal isn't to fix the fraternity system, the goal is to kill it, either directly or through over regulation. That's what the housed greek organization agreement was all about, thats what the vision for the idea greek community is all about and thats what this suspension is all about. Its called being set up to fail.
