DU and Theta Chi could be moved up to the mid tier to fix that. As for Sammy, I don't think it's wrong to list them with other unhoused organizations, because that's what they are now. Whether you like it or not, Sammy is on its way down. Another two years or so and it will most likely be comparable to Skulls.
