No, that is not what Snap Bidding is. Snap Bids only happen during formal rush after everyone is matched and are offered immediately before the bid cards are handed out. COB, Continuous Open Bidding, is what happens the rest of the year. Whether it happens with informal events and invitations, or just quietly with bids given to girls a house already knows they want, the bids are COB, not Snap.
