Also, lets re evaluate SK's standing at IU. They have a very low GPA and have a reputation for partying out of control, and dropping their pairs with fraternities. Also, it is known that SK shows up at fraternity houses and lie about which sorority they are in. Their nationals aren't oblivious to this. Why would SK's nationals invest millions in a house when SK's leadership is mediocre at best. They're a new sorority with girls who were not brought up in the Greek system. It will take 4 years at least for real leadership to develop. What SK should've done initially was focus on academics and building a sisterhood instead of partying and causing problems for fraternities. That way nationals would be more comfortable building a house.
