Couldn't have said it better myself. Quality of pairs doesn't matter in the bottom tier as long as they there are pairs in the first place, and if DPhiE gets DDD, no one, not even ASA, will pair below Pilam. Funny how the bottom tier frats always hope top organizations get kicked so they have a shot at a house, when it's only made their pairs worse recently.
