a sorority like DPhiE or even TPA will make moves on it. I highly doubt a frat gets anywhere close. Only saying TPA because cost wise i know they are somewhat struggling to get rid of leases andthts drving up their rent on delts... could maybe maybe see them go for this cheaper option instead, but its really a moonshot
