Actually you're all wrong. Delts CAN appeal at their Arch chapter in June this year. Delts arch chapter meets bi-annually and at the last meeting in December they decided to revoke Delts charter. By June, even in the small chance that they win that appeal, would be too late for next year and they would have to fill the house. Delts housing corporation is also not involved with the appeal however and feel they are safest signing a 5 year lease instead. Confirming that even if they win the appeal it would be AT LEAST 5 years until they could come back. Delts decision had nothing to do with university. Entirely internal matter.
