You'd befriend them like you would any normal person. If it doesn't happen naturally, then maybe it wasn't mean to be. We are not zoo animals or a different species. We're normal human beings. How have you befriended your other friends? As far as activities...we are all involved in different things. I guess the one thing we universally have in common is our sorority but you're not a member so we're not going to connect on that level. You're not going to network at frat parties and bars...we go there to go out with our sisters and friends. I'd suggest trying to make friends the way you would any other normal person and maybe it'd be best to socialize in classes or clubs/activities. I really don't see socializing at parties as something that will get you a friendship/rush connection.
