Sorry, but you don't know what you're talking about. There certainly IS land to be had to build on--out on Jordan. When we were looking 3 years ago, there were a few parcels available. We wanted to be in the center of campus, and IU bargained some lots for eventual possession of our house and property. My mom is a Sigma Kappa, and I can tell you there is land available and they are very near to finalizing a property acquisition. You didn't think Panhellenic would bring on all these new groups with no hope of eventually building did you?
