It's funny...if you say you like the house you are self posting and if you say don't or make some other comment you are jealous and pathetic.....it's a house we are talking about, a physical structure. It's Gorgeous. I'm guess the balcony will be used as much as any patio or balcony is used in any home in the Midwest or state of Indiana (that person is a jelous hater above, lolololo going after the balcony and southern style). It's a beautiful house no matter what and we all wish our own houses were getting a renovation. This won't hurt them that's for sure and time will tell how much it will influence PNMs. But no matter what it's gorgeous!
