With what everyone has said, I agree there has been a lot of dumb self ranking. With that being said this is an unbiased ranking from what I've heard, seen, and have been to. Also I believe with Phi Sig losing their house, they will drop a bit, but still a solid frat. SNU would be higher, but they are always in trouble so they're very unpredictable. While I do agree SAE has been widely over ranked, they are definitely on the rise as is Theta Chi, AEPi, and Sig Pi. I wouldn't be surprised to see AEPi a couple ranks higher by the end of the year.
