Sammy's last pledge class sucked ass and AEPi was eh, trust me I knew a lot of aepi's. Didn't hear too much about SNU but I'll take your word for it. SAE and theta chi both had killer fall classes so I would put theta chi on the one with SAE. Couple studs in both of their spring classes as well. Phi Delt also did pretty well, surprised to not see them on the list. Also Phi sig's last two pledge classes put them where they're at too.
