One other thing ... RFM, which is the system used by every other school but IU, is designed to place 85% - 95% of PNMs (this figure also mathematically takes into account those who drop out.) Even at schools like Ole Miss, Alabama, UGA and Texas, this figure holds true. RFM works and levels the playing field for PNMs and sororities. IU remains the most competitive recruitment in the nation because they are the only hold out.
