Hey IU Rhogam Selection Team- Not sure why you are NOT sending private messages bcc when notifying people about decisions. People put a lot of hard work into their applications and to have it go out as a mass email is completely unprofessional and callous. It may not have been intentional (or not thought through) but sending blind copies is the proper way to notify people when personal (and disappointing) decisions are being made. I think you owe the applicants an apology.
