I made the previous revised list. I think SAE is going to eventually move downhill due to their new anti-pledgship rules like some other chapters around the nation have. They will inevitably bid a few really bad kids who can ruin a house. If not for ATO's location I think Beta could definitely overtake them at some point in the very near future. I know a few guys in Phi Tau and they have some socials set up with solid sororities and I think a big fall pledge class could make them a solid middle tier fraternity. Obviously they aren't there yet and it's my mistake for originally ranking them that high. I have yet to see Sammy do anything on campus and don't even think they should be ranked.
