This same rank is posted daily and bumped multiple times a day. We all know that it is not even close. No need to explain why with the exception of a phi. Most people will say one good pledge class does not make you move up( talking to you KD) and one bad pledge class does not drop you. I agree with this. A phi has had at least 3 pledge classes that are not “top tier” not going to say they are awful because they are not just not what most would consider top tier. So if you haven’t had a top tier pledge class for at least 3 years you are no longer top tier. No one is jealous of you, no one is salty they didn’t get a bid which is their typical response. A phi is upper middle at best.
