Some lower mids gotta work harder. With every frat being housed base tier will probably be for chapters that are much below lower mids. Unless the mod is too soft for that. It’ll likely be frats that can’t or have never paired and are less popular than true mids. Which would prob place delt and beta as base. Or maybe just one.
