Realistically. OX, ATO are the same rank. They are tied. Some like the other. Same with Kd / ADPi and ZTA. Yeah u hate ZTA but they are popular and loved and u talk about their membership but it actually isn’t bad. They’re all the “top” chapters are no one really care about #1, #2, #3. We only care about that in other tiers. Like TriDelt, PiPhi & AXiD. They are not tied. TriDelt is above PiPhi. PiPhi is above AXiD.
