Ask any top or upper sorority how they recruit. They look for the most good looking, popular, fit and thin girls with the best instagrams. Do you think they are recruiting any average looking high achieving girls who will build their sisterhood stronger? Do they even consider any girls above a size 6? No and it’s not just ZTA. This is not a ZTA problem. You know how we know? Rank discussions only include how hot the chapters are and how many frat socials they have and who has a batter fraternity pair.
