There is a clear hater who lies, and forces his ideologies. There is no way panhellenic or OFSL will give the “most desired chapters” especially since we all have to start with 9… At the end of the day, the only top tier sororities are KD, ADPi & ZTA. ZTA fell down to #3 because of some things but have been improving. They have the most socials of any sorority every semester because they are POPULAR and loved. Phi Delta and Kappa Sig are not top tier chapters. They are upper middle. Kappa Sig would be top before Phi Delta is in current day.
