I agree. Graduation numbers and the number of bids you have available to handout (to get to pan total) are rly strong indicators of retention. Grad # rep satisfaction and bid # rep a combo od grads and drops. So if a chapter has low grad #s and a high number of bids, that means members aren’t staying through graduation. If a chapter has a high number of grads but a lower number of bids to give out, that means the members are staying long term and members are more satisfied and being retained. Strong sisterhood.
