we recruit ppl for many reasons…personality, looks, diversity, friendliness, kindness, moral character and SO MANY other reasons. some sororities are more open to differences in race, culture, economic background, body type and others are not. no one is going to stop telling pnms where there’s more diversity. THE WORST PART is that you are saying ppl are giving bids as a “diversity bid/quota” that’s DISGUSTING! diverse girls have many great qualities and have a lot to offer aside from their diversity. you need to reflect on what you are trying to accomplish. diversity is important and panhellenic girls want differences in their sororities period!
