if we are goin by this logic make tke high. if all you need to “compare” to chapters are achievements. chio has the exact same socials as kappa. pikapp has only ever paired with kappa. theta and aephi have zero shared socials with chio. theta and aephi’s pairs mix with each other but never chio. u should be able to see why we don’t want them up.
