Phi delt doesn’t have a pair and doesn’t seem to want to ask anyone. ZTA turned them down. They could ask ADPi but ADPi is going ato. So they may just go unpaired. We keep trying to tell you guys that phi delt is upper mid. Tops like them like they like upper mids. Lower mid out of the loops run this site with no info
