Phi Delt is not seen as top tier and after pairing lower than top three they will not be suddenly seen as top tier so, yeah, most won’t agree with you babe. If phi delt wants to look top tier then they should compete against kappa sig for TriDelt and see where they stand. We all know that kappa sig would win. That’s why they won’t and that’s why phi delt isn’t seen as top. Well that and the fact they have like 40 members.
