Honestly TKE. Theta Chi, ATO are already established. Phi Delt is only top on Greek rank bc lower miss run it and are so out of the loop. SAE, KSig & ZBT been doing good but the best they’ll be as of now. TKE has been rapidly gaining socials ADPi. PiPhi. Theta. Now TriDelt. Yes I get it everyone except lower mids are gaining socials but they’re gaining a lot for a true mid. They also are courting PiPhi and can beat out SAE.
