How is anyone keeping any chapter down? You earn your rank. Tridelta was moved up after their successful Throwdown event. Axid was moved to upper after many great pcs and pulling upper socials and pairs, even after suspension. Theta has been mid and upper but has yet to get upper socials and pairs and is just back from suspension. Bottom chapters were named base at your request. Now you requested lower and that’s not good enough for you today. Do you see the problem?
