I’m a guy and I’m looking to rush one or more chapters but I’m hella confused on the rankings: So since chapters like ATO and Phi Delt are ranked higher and more competitive than chapters like TKE and Pi Kapp, does that mean everyone who gets a bid from ATO/Phi Delt should also be able to get a bid from Pi Kapp and TKE? Or is that not how it works
