ΑΞΔ - Alpha Xi Delta Is suspended and will go back up when back. Not bottom tier because they have a house. It’s better to put suspended chapters lower mid rather than bottom. They are still around, pretty and housed. They’ll be the lowest ranked housed chapter until back.
