I just transferred here from Valencia this semester and really want to rush (I'm a guy). I've done research on some of the chapters and have been in contact with rush chairs on Instagram. I have a huge question: What makes each chapter unique? A lot of them seem quite similar based on social media alone, but what sets apart each chapter from another? Is it more-so a culture/values thing, or is there more to it?
