In regards to looks/personality i think as a Greek community as a whole, this is a metric that facilitates no one ever moving in ranks really. Regardless of how attractive or not attractive an “upper” organization’s PC is the chapter will always be looked at through the lense engrained into all of us before we even rushed our organizations, perhaps ranks or reputations decided a decade ago before we were even at ucf to begin. This rank system decentivises chapters working hard to move up the ladder as it’s near impossible. That’s just my two sense though. Tell me if I’m incorrect
