PhiDelta used to be top tier. They fell from grace with their c ocaine arrest and fighting arrest after a social. The year after they were suspended for partying and not registering socials. They had an ambulance at their house a few weeks ago. They are not a role model frat. What would be the reason to move PhiDelta up to top tier? ATO is the same or better than PhiDelta but is more respected. If you are looking at pairs they paired with TriDelta but couldn’t even have a social. ATO has a clean rep, are always supporting philos and won the Greek Olympics. They don’t compare right now
