Nicer house, more diversity, largest philo event that raised more money and girls went harder for. 2. ΔΥ true mid. They have 1 top relation and it has not happened in a year. They lost ΚΔ, ΔΔΔ. They only have ΖΤΑ, ΠΒΦ, ΑΞΔ, ΑΕΦ which looks like a true mid chapter. ΖΒΤ, ΔΣΦ & ΔΥ have about the same relations and are in about the same league of popularity with ΖΒΤ & ΔΥ being slightly higher. ΖΒΤ is very very popular and paired with a top and are solidified in upper mid. Depending on Fall PC, pairs and socials either ΔΣΦ / ΔΥ can earn their way back to upper mid. Obvi not there yet. Spring & Fall Socials ΔΥ - ΖΤΑ, ΑΞΔ, ΑΕΦ ΔΣΦ - ΖΤΑ, ΑΞΔ, ΚΑΘ ΔΥ = > ΔΣΦ 3. ΦΓΔ lower mid. They are the most active chapter and are very persistent with likes and dislikes but TKEs pc was MILES more attractive. ΔΥ, ΔΣΦ & ΣΑΕ are far better looking with far better relations. At the end of the day DU is falling and so is Kappa Sig. ΔΥ, ΔΣΦ, ΣΑΕ 1 Top 1 Upper Mid 1 True Mid ΦΓΔ 0 Top 0 Upper Mid 2/3 True Mid 4. ΚΣ stay upper mid. They had a social with ΚΔ, ΖΤΑ & ΔΔΔ this semester and are supported by them for philo. Something only one other upper mid can say.
