from the perspective of a top / upper mid it does kinda matter. the only frats and sororities we see as “lower” are chi o, aephi & kappa and the unhoused sororities. for frats it’s fiji, pikapp beta but even still some won’t care. i have sisters (im in atop) who date fijis. some won’t care but majority do. prob won’t have a social, pair but u can be friends. hope this helps. i know this sounds awful but keep in mind that there are some shallow people in the world especially in upper greek life
