cob is super informal, not fair chances for all. it bcAll depends on what chapters you are interested in. most likely you won’t get a top tier, they usually fill their spots with friends of actives. it’s less likely for an upper mid tier but not impossible, it’s more likely for mid tier chapters to. it’s much easier to get a lower mid or bottom tier chapter during cob. if you want a fair opportunity go through fall recruitment. it’s formal and you get to meet all chapters.
