Pike / Sig Chi (Undisputed Top Houses, living in sae and ksigs shadow though) Theta Chi ( Almost made it to top but has fallen short this year, kind of the new asig in that they are stuck between upper mid and top) Aepi / Beta ( Both recovering from recent re-orgs, aepi used to be a top house but fell a lot, despite a few bad pc’s they’ve managed to hang on and regain ground. Beta has kind of been in this spot for years, held back a lot due to their house) Sammy ( Been at this spot for a year or two, had a physical house to be top tier but can’t figure it out, social but odd guys) ZBT ( Take the leftovers from upper mid and top houses, still a solid frat, similar to Sammy has the physical house to be a top but can’t seem to improve) Pi Kap ( Pretty new but have been improving fast, can see them being a top house or top of upper mid anytime soon unless a bunch of houses get kicked off, will improve when the older guys graduate) TDX ( This is when houses stop being as relevant, generic frat but making huge moves getting the sae house, mixed bag of guys, some upper mid tier some bottom tier making them true middle) KA ( similar to tdx but off the row, and they don’t have any upper mid level guys all very generic mid level) Sig Ep ( GPA obsessed guys who think they are way sicker than they are) Phi Delt / Theta Xi ( Bottom but still party) TKE ( honestly have some solid guys, but some absolute weirdos too, getting the josh house next year will do a lot for them) Zeta Psi ( who even knows, they have the White House though) Fiji ( the only colony on this list, because they have some decent guys, will be huge for them if they actually get the Fiji house back) Sig Tau ( live in a wack shack by eller, nice but lame) Phi Tau ( the new akl, have had a House for years but are an absolute joke)
