They couldn't make quota year after year. At some point a national will close a house if they struggle for that long. This isn't the first time Tri-Delt was closed - my aunt was here in the 80's and they were closed then for the same reason. I think they need to wait more than 4 years to come back - too many people will remember what they were like, they need a longer break. And a house renovation.
