Any fraternity in the top 10 except for SAE is all in summer rush. SAE isn't a real chapter so they'll take whoever is willing to rush them but yeah. Most of the time you need to summer rush. There are decent houses here that primarily rush guys outside of summer but they aren't in the top 10, except for the fake SAE here.
