Omicron was handicapped by the ongoing lawsuit and all of that uncertainty. Rho has a resolved and final situation. If they can recruit (even boosted by some guys not yet enrolled at UT), then they'll be fine. And be laughing as national frats and deans castrate all of the other chapters.
