The only person who would hire a rush coach is someone without connections who is trying to go PKT. PKT takes it's small share of outsiders but a rush coach won't help with that. Honestly, all of the houses are great and you don't have to have a rush coach to get a bid from one of them. Have you seen AXD and ADPi? Beautiful, smart girls. KD and DG? Different personality but same, wonderful girls. Alpha Chi is so so pretty and APhi is up there knocking on the Big 6 door. You will get a terrific house without a rush coach.
