You have to know people in the chapter well enough for them to want you and to pull for you. The absolute most important thing. There are plenty of girls who fit that criteria- Almost every in-state girl in those four chapters knew people who wanted them and had good RIFs. They can’t get to know you and add you to any lists after talking to you for 20 minutes first round. RIFS from UT alums that know you and your family well can matter too. It is not personal....everyone wants their friends t9 get in so that is who they pull for. Honestly, If you are in state and can’t manage those two things, you really don’t have much of a shot in PKT or Chi O for sure. Zeta and Tri Delt get a few outside that group but for Zeta they are girls that clearly fit and Tri Delt needs to figure out what they are doing.
