yeah, all the houses are great but there is no denying that alpha phi is holding their own these days. they are described as hot but homey if you can imagine that. one active gets a hook into a sought after pnm and they win with some of them. agreed on the oos girls from california, they like that alpha phi reputation. big 6 matters nothing to them. all this being said, i would not put down ddd like ppl are doing right now. they are a desirable house, even as they take more suburban girls nowadays. their current pc was not their strongest but they won't go down w/out a fight.
