Phi Delt has a long tradition and a large alumni base (though not cohesive). They’ve got the most potential to return to their pre 1990s glory. Lambda chi also has a long history at UT and was upper middle tier until they lost their house (that tutoring place on 24th is their old house) way back when. They have a large alumni base too but also appears their alumni aren’t that involved. pi kappa phi are new to the scene and never was well established at UT. They have a very small alumni base which means limited money to draw from. I heard their alumni really went beyond their means to buy their current house (the former phi kappa psi property ) in an effort to gain traction and attract new members.
